The New Mexico State University School of Nursing is offering a new specialty, Family Nurse Practitioner, in the Doctorate of Nursing Practice program for the fall 2014 semester. The application deadline for this program is March 15, according to a news release.
The FNP specialty degree option in the DNP program is an online curriculum offered through the College of Health and Social Services. This degree plan is completed in three years of full-time study. All accepted students must be enrolled full-time and be able to attend the Doctoral Summer Seminar, May 19-23, in Las Cruces.
